150g Pumpkin
¼ tsp cinnamon
150ml cloudy apple juice
½ lemon
1tsp Co-op clear honey
50ml spiced rum

Cut 150g pumpkin into small cubes, and cook in a pan of boiling water for 15-20 mins.
Drain, leave to steam dry, then set aside until cool.
Blend with ¼ tsp cinnamon, 150ml cloudy apple juice, the juice of ½ lemon, 1tsp Co-op clear honey and 50ml spiced rum.
Divide between 2 glasses over ice, dust with cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if you like.

Serves 2. 455kJ/109kcal and approx 0.9 alcohol units per serving.
