Co-operative membership offers you the opportunity to receive any dividend on purchases as determined by the Board Of Directors .

Members should be aware that this interest is taxable and must be declared to the Inland Revenue
The society abides by a code of Practice which requires it to provide a statement to its shareholders of the nature of their investment, and any change affecting it.
The position occupied by members is no different from that in any other corporate body in that if the society fails, a member may not have all or any of its interest returned. The investment is withdrawable without penalty.
