100g Co-op guacamole
1 carrot
6 spring onions cut into 1cm pieces
6 parsley sprigs

This spooky dip is just as good with hummus if you don’t have guacamole to hand.

Spoon the guacamole into 2 shallow bowls.
Peel the carrot, cut into chunks and lay on top.
Arrange the spring onion pieces on the carrot chunks to look like stalks, and poke
the parsley sprigs in the guacamole to look like leaves.
