With everything you could ever need for your home, from electricals and furnishings to diy and fashion goods as well as gift items Tamworth Co-op has something for everyone

Food

One of the prime aims of our Society is to provide Convenience Stores and Supermarkets offering the widest range of fresh foods, groceries and beers, wines and spirits to the local community.

Our Supermarket and convenience stores have recently enjoyed the benefits of extended product ranges, giving our members and customers a much greater selection of products to purchase from.

One of the main aims of the Co-op is to produce good quality products at a fair price. Tamworth Co-op believes that as a responsible retailer we should give our customers the information to make an informed choice when shopping with us.

This service is available over 6 days per week -Monday to Saturday and there are three types of service available:

1. You can visit our Supermarket in Tamworth and choose your requirements.
2. Phone (01827 63711 ext 210)or fax (01827 60550) your order ,alternatively email supermarket@tamworth.coop
3. Using our own ORDERBOOK system, this is a service specifically aimed at the housebound customer .

Tamworth Co-operative Society has long been running this kind of service and has discovered all the pitfalls that many of the new operators have found, to their customers' inconveniece, at a later date.Therefore we have certain pre-requisits that help us to provide and continue the best possible level of service.

If you order from our Supermarket,the following applies..
(a).We require that you are through our checkouts by 2pm so that we can guarantee same day delivery.
(b).If your total bill is over £25.00 -then the delivery charge will be £1.00
(c). If your bill is under £25.00 then the delivery charge will be £2.00
(d).In the interests of food hygiene we do not deliver frozen or chilled foodstuff ,unless if required by our ORDERBOOK customers.
(e).We have specific areas of delivery ,this information is available in-store or by request.
(f).Phone or fax orders take a day to process and are therefore delivered next day.(payment is cash on delivery -charge will be £2.00)
(g) . Why not email your order direct to our Supermarket ..... supermarket@tamworth.coop please allow the same time for processing your order as above. Please request a return confirmation when you place your order using this method.
